Highly experienced Office Manager needed to support our practice.
Qualified candidate must possess the following skills:
- Minimum five years managing a dental office.
- Minimum three years experience managing large offices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational skills that include a talent for managing "impossible" schedules, keeping the office and team on task, while staying focused on the over-arching priorities
- Compassionate active listener who interacts well with patients through every communication channel
- Proven success in managing team, schedule, & patient flow to meet financial targets for profitability
- Highly experienced using Dentrix or other dental software, CareStack is a plus, Microsoft Office applications including high-level of competency with Excel
- Bookkeeping experience and managing office invoices required.
- Prior management experience in the medical or dental field desired.
- Deep understanding of marketing, Customer support.
