Dental Aesthetica is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near San Francisco, CA

We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator for an established, downtown dental practice serving high-profile patients in the San Francisco Financial District. This is an entry to mid-level position. We are looking for a candidate with the following background to join our team:

  • Polished presentation skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with business professionals
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with existing and expanding patient base
  • Confident treatment plan presentation with a high rate of acceptance
  • Impeccable knowledge of insurance billing protocols
  • Proven record of management in a high-production dental office
  • Solid intra-office leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to meet goals
  • Accountability for production, collection, and claim management
  • Strong reasoning skills with an ability to make business-critical decisions on-the-fly

To be considered, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Advanced Dentrix (G5 or higher): proficiency in all patient management, scheduling, and billing facets of the software
  • At least one year of experience working at a DMO-free multi-specialty dentistry practice in a front office capacity
  • Previous experience as an RDA or RDH a plus
  • High School diploma; college graduates strongly preferred
  • Must have excellent references
