Located on Union Square in San Francisco, we are an ultra modern and high tech cosmetic and restorative dental practice. We are looking for a full-time front office staff member to join our team. Dental experience is required. You must be customer service oriented, a team player, and a fast learner. We need someone who enjoys working within a team and desires a positive upbeat environment. Your duties as a front office staff member will involve meeting and greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, generating treatment cost estimates, collecting payments, and billing insurance claims, among others.

• Greeting patients, answering phone calls and emails
• Verifying insurance coverage and benefits, insurance billing and management
• Arranging payment schedules, organize and present financial arrangements
• Collecting and posting payments
• Manage specialist referral process
