- Maintain files for PO’s and vouchers.
- On a monthly basis, check all AP invoices against the AP report.
- Open new vendor files.
- Receive and handle calls from vendors on past due invoices.
- Communicate with vendors on invoice discrepancies.
- Review AR Aging to verify past due accounts.
- Communicate with customers on all past due accounts.
- Print and email our billing statements.
- Assist AP/AR Supervisor settlement for all drivers.
- Responsible for deposits.
