About the Role

This role involves collaborating with Key Account Sales and Finance Management to support brokers and clients. Responsibilities include coordinating sales system activities, reconciling customer accounts, managing AP/AR modules, and assisting with cash flow forecasts. Additionally, tasks include posting cash receipts, conducting collection calls, and assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.

Roles and responsibilities

• Works with Key account sales and Finance Management in selling, servicing, and retaining brokers and clients.
• Coordinates Sales system and reporting activity to include reporting support and data validation, triage and issue resolution, updates and enhancement, and procedure maintenance.
• Build analytics and reporting to support the sales team, including pipeline projections.
• Vigorously reconcile a customers’ accounts that including transaction record validation, filing a claim for any discrepancies and/or unpaid invoices, collaborating with warehouse team regarding shipping record
• Manage customer accounts and perform bookkeeping
• Posting of Daily Cash Receipts- Wires and Deposits
• Maintenance and Review of all Companies AP / AR Module- Client Set Up
• Maintenance and Review of all companies’ AP / AR Aging
• Customer service collection calls
• Collaborate with Finance department regards Cash Flow forecast and any other matters related to AP / AR
• Assist any AD HOC projects as needed

Qualifications

• BA degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Must be self-motivated.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated competency in multi-tasking, independent decision making, and overseeing operational processes.
• Must have excellent computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and in conducting market research.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully in both verbal and written form. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Impeccable organizational skills are a must.
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule as needed.
• Bilingual in Korean

Salary Range: $70k - $90k
