About the Role
The role involves managing the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for the US business, as well as coordinating input from North America markets. Responsibilities include serving as a finance business partner for various support functions and preparing financial analyses for business support areas such as Human Resources and Legal. Additionally, the role entails conducting financial statement and key performance indicator analyses, developing financial models, assessing risks and opportunities, and assisting in special projects. Overall, it requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to support strategic decision-making and communication within the organization.
Roles and responsibilities

• Managing the annual Budgeting and monthly forecast process for the US business; as well as coordinating input of all North America markets
• Finance business partner for various support functions for the US
• Coordinating, preparing, reviewing, providing analysis and communicating long range forecast, annual profit plan, monthly forecasts and actual spending for Business Support Functions i.e. Human Resources, Legal
• Financial modelling/trending and analysis
• Preparing and accounting for Capital Expenditure
• Finance representative in business updates/meetings
• Assist Executive team with building/managing input for the 3yr Strategic Planning Process
• Assist in preparation of presentations for CFO and CEO for the North America business
• Coordinating & communicating results of all North America markets
• Performing financial statement and key performance indicator analysis
• Additional trend and business driver analysis for current business outlooks
• Develop financial models to support decision making
• Provide risk/opportunities assessments and recommendations
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses, as requested
• Assist in Special Projects

Qualifications

• College degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred), MBA preferred (concluded or in progress)
• 3-5 years working experience in Finance related area.Consumer goods organization, preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills required
• Ability to work effectively with Business Units and with high levels of responsibility and accountability
• Strong customer service acumen and results oriented
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Effective presentation skills
• Excellent PC skills, advanced Excel required
• Knowledge of J D Edwards and Hyperion preferred
• Teamwork:thrive in a cross-functional matrix environment
• Bilingual in Korean

Salary Range: $85k - $110k
