BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY
The Community Relations Manager oversees the day to day operations of Community Relations supervisors and their teams. Creates Devon's community outreach strategies, organizes team efforts around Devon's strategic giving and community engagement priorities, represents the company at community functions and leads the Community Relations team to successful outcomes.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Affairs, Communications, Marketing or other related field.
EXPERIENCE
Requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience in Community Relations, Communications or Public Affairs with at least 3 years of related supervisory experience.
