PROVIDENCE HOME CARE is Hiring a Hospice Marketing/ Community Relations Representative Near Oklahoma, OK

Job summary: To develop business partnerships generating referral growth by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations. Serves as the agency staff liaison with physicians, facilities, discharge planners and community agencies. Responsible for the overall development and referral growth of assigned territory.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience (preferred).

2. Minimum of two years of experience in hospice or home health sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales (preferred).

3. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications.

4. Must have excellent oral communication skills.

5. Is self-directed and possesses the ability to work with little supervision.

Major Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintains a base of 15 referrals every month
  • Averages 35-40 referral source contacts every week
  • Tracks all and visits referrals using Playmaker CRM
  • resolves all risk orders for referral sources in a timely manner
  • Attends and contributes to marketing team meetings
  • Communicates with Director regarding referral sources as needed
  • Communicates well with patients, co-workers, and external sources
