Elite Lawn Care OK is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations/Onboarding Team Member. As a key member of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service from the moment they come on board.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including gathering necessary information, explaining services, and answering any questions or concerns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and accurate responses via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to customer onboarding.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to effectively educate customers and promote our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer relations roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or customer support software.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of the lawn care industry or related field is a plus.
