Job Description

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing forty-person technology consulting business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our services to businesses, generate leads, and increase revenue with a strong focus on content. They will manage content curation/creation, sales collateral, web site development, and lead generation.

This is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities and target customers.
  • Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and target audience; and includes a mix of blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and other content formats.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to create high-quality content demonstrating the company's technology consulting expertise.
  • Optimize content for search engines and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies that feature content marketing assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technology-oriented company.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and social media platforms. Hubspot experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.

Additional Information

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $80,000 - $120,000* bonus

Disclaimer: In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, effective January 1, 2021, a good faith hourly or base salary range must be posted for all positions where the work may be performed in the state of Colorado. Therefore, this good faith salary range will only apply where this described position will be performed in the state, and should not be considered the compensation range in other locations or for other positions.
