• Oversee CRM data quality.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of data quality through analysis and review of data used across CRM and Power BI.
• Monitor and identify data quality issues across all CRM applications including Sales, Provider, and Vendor.
• Develop annual data quality strategic plan.
• Lead data remediation efforts.
• Form and lead cross functional teams to ensure high data quality.
• Implement steps to address data quality root cause e.g. data field setting, training etc.
• Make decision recommendation at critical project juncture.
• Undertake analytical reporting.
• Responsible for Power BI administration activities.
• Build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Understand business requirements and design reports based on specifications.
• Develop ad hoc report requests.
• Have knowledge of database fundamentals.
• Create change management plans to ensure adoption of reports and iterative improvements.
