Position Summary:
The HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. They assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment. The HR Assistant provides support in areas such as employee relations, recruitment and selection, onboarding, record-keeping, and general HR functions.

Although the Human Resources Assistant may be administrative in nature, the role is significant and impactful to the success of DCS.
