This company is transforming the way non-profit organizations find and connect with major donors, so non-profit or fundraising experience is a big plus. You must be comfortable selling and building relationships via video-conference and motivated to travel when preferred by prospects (20%). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within non-profit organizations.
- Following our sales process, seek to understand prospect organization’s goals, challenges, and pain points to effectively position Atticus as a solution.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our platform. Clearly articulate how our solutions can help nonprofit organizations fully fund their great endeavor.
- Lead negotiation efforts to secure contracts and close deals. Work closely with the Client Success team and management to ensure favorable terms for both parties.
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential clients (non-profit organizations) that align with our platform and services.
- Utilize various channels (cold calling, email outreach, networking, events) to generate leads.
Data and Pipeline Management
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline within our CRM, accurately tracking all interactions and progress with potential nonprofit clients.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
WORK SCHEDULE
Standard work week, primarily remote work environment, with required attendance at monthly All Hands’ Meetings (in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, and Charlotte, NC). Additional travel only as requested/required to close sales opportunities.
