The Customer Experience Representative will serve the organization by creating a great experience and first impression of the Davis H. Elliot Company for internal and external stakeholders seeking valuable information through multiple channels of communication. The individual hired for this position will act as the connection point between our customers – including clients of Elliot and our Family of Brands, members of the communities where we live and work, and our own employee-owners – with the appropriate parties to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, experience providing appropriate responses to inquiries via written and oral communication, and effective organizational habits. Our goal is to identify a candidate who can embody our core value of Servant Leadership and exhibit that to everyone they work with throughout their day.
