A. R. Building Co. is Hiring a Property Manager Near Independence, KY
A. R. Building Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Independence Oaks, a 144-unit apartment community located in Independence KY.
The Property Manager position oversees the daily operation of the property including, but not limited to, touring prospective residents, marketing the property, resident relations/retention, property inspections, capital improvements, weekly and monthly reports, and budgeting. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, motivated self-starters!
Candidates need to be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Experience with RealPage (or similar) a plus. 5 or more years of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager is preferred.
Monday through Friday, daylight, no evenings or weekends!
