· Bookkeeping functions including processing PO information, Joint checks and GC Contracts.

SKILLS REQUIRED
· Strong computer skills with expertise in Excel and Microsoft Office and managing computer
Software.
· QuickBooks, A/P, A/R, General Ledger, and our ERP system.
· Ability to manage managers.
· Excellent written and verbal communications.
· Effective organization skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects.
· Dependable.
· Congenial, Confident, Punctual. Must lead by example.
· Professional customer service representation.
· Senior Management type skills.
