We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our auto hail repair services, and securing new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers, including individuals affected by hail damage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by effectively communicating the benefits of choosing Dallas Family Dent for their repair needs.
• Educate customers about our services, processes, and the advantages of paintless dent repair.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate product offerings and benefits to customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and businesses.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
