Job Description:

As the Chef, you will work directly with ownership and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, menu development, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Create innovative and appealing menus that align with current culinary trend
Kitchen Management: Lead and manage the kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the kitchen.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Cost Management: Develop and manage the kitchen budget, control food costs, and optimize kitchen operations for efficiency.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, ingredients, and techniques to introduce new and exciting dishes to the menu.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Chef or in a similar leadership role.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
