Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and coding of invoices
- Process incoming accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Review invoices for accuracy and legitimacy
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with weekly check runs and vendor communications
- Reconcile vendor statements and assist with monthly close processes
- Provide support for multiple facility approvers and ensure timely processing of invoices
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Business or Accounting degree preferred
- 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Great Plains a plus
