Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide accurate product information and assist customers with placing orders
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers
• Process returns and refunds according to company policies and procedures

• Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics to achieve customer service goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
