We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative who possesses exceptional customer service skills along with the ability to manage various tasks including driving responsibilities, warehouse inventory, sales support, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless personal communication and support across multiple channels, text, email, written, and verbal communication.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time.
Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday. 
Pay: $19-$22 an hour.
Location: Colorado Springs, Denver Metro Area.

Collaborate for Sales Success:
  • Work in tandem with the sales team, acquiring essential estimated times of arrival (ETAs) and providing invaluable support for sales-related tasks, fostering a collaborative work environment and customer satisfaction.
Proactively Enhance Customer Experience:
  • Proactively engage customers by providing updates on delivery schedules and ensuring accurate contact information, contributing to a positive employee and customer experience.
Solutions-Oriented Troubleshooting:
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues, striving for accurate and satisfactory resolutions to uphold our commitment to excellent customer service satisfaction.
Cultivate Product Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of our diverse protocols, products, and services, enabling informed and effective responses to customer needs and wants.
Streamline Operations:
  • Review sales orders meticulously, gathering essential information, and coordinate installation timelines to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations to satisfied customers.
Ensure Swift and Effective Complaint Handling:
  • Handle customer complaints promptly, offering tailored solutions and ensuring diligent follow-up for complete customer satisfaction.
Uphold Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of every customer interaction, efficiently manage accounts, and aid in crucial administrative tasks, including daily database maintenance.
Skills/Experience:
  • Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in adapting/responding to diverse customer needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrated customer service support background.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Office suite.
