We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Dallas-Fort Worth) to join our team in Texas. Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
Collaborate with the finance team to address customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate for Sales Success:
Work in tandem with the sales and service team, acquiring essential Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs) and providing invaluable support for sales-related tasks to foster a collaborative work environment.
Process sales orders, track shipments, and assist in pulling and analyzing data for reports.
Proactively Enhance Customer Experience:
Engage customers by providing updates on delivery schedules and ensuring accurate contact information for a positive customer experience.
Solutions-Oriented Troubleshooting:
Proactively troubleshoot issues, striving for accurate and satisfactory resolutions.
Cultivate Product Knowledge & Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of our company's diverse products and services for effective responses to customer queries.
Streamline Operations:
Review sales orders meticulously, gather essential information, and coordinate installation timelines to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation to service.
Ensure Swift and Effective Complaint Handling:
Handle customer complaints promptly, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring diligent follow-up for complete customer satisfaction.
Uphold Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, efficiently manage accounts, and aid in crucial administrative tasks, including database maintenance.
Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated customer support or client service background.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in adapting/responding to diverse customer needs and preferences.
Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Office suite.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (not required).
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Preferred: One year of accounting experience (not required).
Preferred: One year of customer service or retail experience (not required).
