- Demonstrate leadership qualities by promptly and courteously assisting customers across various communication channels.

- Assist in financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to address customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Work in tandem with the sales team, acquiring essential Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs) and providing invaluable support for sales-related tasks to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis.
- Proactively engage customers by providing updates on delivery schedules and ensuring accurate contact information, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, striving for accurate and satisfactory resolutions to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of our company's diverse products and services, enabling informed and effective responses to customer queries.
- Review sales orders meticulously, gather essential information, and coordinate installation timelines to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, offering tailored solutions and ensuring diligent follow-up for complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, efficiently manage accounts, and aid in crucial administrative tasks, including database maintenance.
- Demonstrated customer support or client service background.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in adapting/responding to diverse customer needs and preferences.
- Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Office suite.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Preferred: One year of customer service or retail experience (not required).
- Preferred: Call center or receptionist experience (not required).
