Parker Waste Services is seeking an energetic individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for our customers, offering prompt, accurate and courteous support. Candidates must have a passion for serving our customers and engaging with other team members to support our continued growth.
Responsibilities
· Manage inquiries through incoming phone calls and emails
· Establish new service accounts
· Identify customers’ needs and provide satisfactory solutions
· Assist with billing questions or concerns
· Resolve complaints in a professional manner
· Support field personnel through customer communication
· Other responsibilities as needed for the success of the organization
Skills and Qualifications
· Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
· Attention to details
· Thorough in work process and documentation
· Creative problem-solving
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to type
· Proficient with computer software including Outlook, Word and Excel
· High school diploma
· Two years of customer service in an office setting experience preferred
