Job Overview :
Identify and resolve customer service inquiries in a timely manner for Mercedes-Benz Commercial Van customers via phone, email, and fax.
Within the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Center, it is imperative to provide knowledgeable, professional communication with our customer base.
This position must consistently provide high levels of customer satisfaction in an effort to provide value and build brand loyalty with the end users of the brand represented.
Responsibilities :
Following up as appropriate using the Follow-Up tool in system of record (60%)
Year End Interest Statement; Copy of Invoices (30%)
Drive brand loyalty through customer interaction. (10%)
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 1 year of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes :

High School Diploma / (GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
