Job Overview :

Identify and resolve customer service inquiries in a timely manner for Mercedes-Benz Commercial Van customers via phone, email, and fax.

Within the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Center, it is imperative to provide knowledgeable, professional communication with our customer base.

This position must consistently provide high levels of customer satisfaction in an effort to provide value and build brand loyalty with the end users of the brand represented.

Responsibilities :

• The primary functions of a MB Commercial Van representative include but are not limited to : Updating customers accounts;
• Providing direction to customers regarding account issues; Explaining payment methods; Processing of payments, i.e. phone payments;
• Resolving customer concerns / requests; Act as a liaison between the customer and various corporate departments; Initiating, explaining and executing various corporate processes;

Following up as appropriate using the Follow-Up tool in system of record (60%)

• Additionally, MB Commercial Van Representatives are required to address non-phone interactions with customer accounts. This is included, but not limited to : ALFA case requests;
• Rightfax; Internal Emails ; Document Request, including but not limited to : Lien Releases ; Power of Attorney; Copy of Title ;

Year End Interest Statement; Copy of Invoices (30%)

Drive brand loyalty through customer interaction. (10%)

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

This position requires a minimum of 1 year of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes :

• Business (General)
• Customer Service

Education :

High School Diploma / (GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Additional Knowledge :

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, operational, or collection experience is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer service phone experience preferred

Skills :

• Analytical Skills
• Ability to Collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances
• Ability to Integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity
• Languague Skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• PC Skills
• Corporate Mainframe; Microsoft Office
