Job Title Marketing Specialist
Job Description Summary The Marketing Specialist is a part of our Capital Markets Property Marketing Center of Excellence and will be reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager of the Capitals Markets COE team.
Job Description Responsibilities: - Assist with Capital Markets project management, delegation, timeline development and broker communications
- Act as liaison between brokerage team and third party design firm and ensure accuracy and completion of all deliverables
- Lead kickoff and follow up calls with brokerage teams as it relates to Capital Markets deliverable requests
- Provide marketing support and assistance in coordination of all aspects of the internal and external corporate marketing/branding
- Produce marketing materials such as strategic presentations, flyers, signage, brochures, and listings following branding requirements at all times
- Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
- Apply corporate brand to all material and maintain consistency in appearance
- Assist with creating/editing the content of marketing materials, flyers, corporate leasing proposals, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, announcements, presentation boards, aerials, etc. (using corporate standard templates)
- Assist with internal and external communications including website, intranet, social media, press releases, announcements, advertising, etc.
- Manage the distribution of e-blasts, direct mail and couriers when needed
- Explore and obtain information on all prospective print and online/offline sources
- Maintain and update marketing materials and templates
Qualifications: - 2-5 years prior marketing experience. Previous real estate experience or experience in a fast-paced environment an asset
- Advanced computer proficiency (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to prepare detailed documents, presentations and reports
- Adobe Creative Suite an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including professional telephone manner
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills required
- Superior organizational skills; sets priorities; meets deadlines; and carefully proofs own work
- Detail oriented self-starter with a high level of organizational skills and able to work in highly independent position
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Able to apply judgment in handling of sensitive documentation
- Energetic, tenacious, dependable, proactive and takes initiative, takes pride in work, and works well within a collaborative team

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00
