Contract Length : 6 months - can extend based on budget approvals / workload

Rate : 50 / hour

Marketing Campaign Execution : Execute comprehensive marketing strategies (using Paid and Owned & Operated channels) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Drive alignment across cross-functional marketing teams (including CRM, Performance, Social, Design, and Legal) to execute impactful initiatives.

Meaningful Content Creation : Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy, create engaging content, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure impactful communication across diverse channels.

Performance Analytics and Optimization : Utilize data-driven insights to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, conduct A / B testing, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is :

Able to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously

Skills :

3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fintech, crypto or technology industry, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies (from paid to owned & operated channels).

Experience marketing subscriptions is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making.

Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms (Amplitude, Looker, Superset) to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
