Heavy Equipment Operator
Reports To: Foreman
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-time
Position Location: Regional Position Operated out of the Richmond, VA Market
Overview:
Operates a variety of heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials. Conducts routine safety and mechanical inspections to ensure assigned equipment is in good condition to operate, submitting required paperwork on a timely basis. Ensures the safety of individuals working around equipment to prevent injury; observing hand signals. Observing safety requirements at all times. Assists crew with general laborer responsibilities as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
