Data Operations: Analyst/ Associate

Data Operations Analyst role is within the Data Analytics team at Curaleaf. You will be responsible for monitoring data quality, track data exceptions and perform root cause analysis working with data providers. We are looking for problem solver with strong skills with excel, tableau, and SQL to find solutions that will enhance our data driven culture.

 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Measure, and monitor reference data (Item, Vendor, Strain, Customer) from source system applications.
• Track, analyze and perform root cause analysis working with operational data for various department
• Develops strong relationships with cross functional partners to provide feedback on business improvements
• Builds reports to enhance decision making at all levels of the organization
• Responsible for reporting on the quality, accuracy, and completeness of enterprise data
• Create documentation and training materials to drive master data standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years’ experience working in a professional and team environment
• Analytical and curious with the patience to cleanse data as needed
• Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working autonomously with little oversight 
• Must be a self-starter who likes to solve complex problems
• Solutions based team member
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Tableau (preferred)
• Ability to gather / analyze data and to work with incomplete information
• Comfortable in both creative & analytical situations
