Position Overview

The Take 5 Family is hiring data maniacs!

Do you like operational analysis? Do you enjoy working with data? Take 5 offers a stay-in-your-car hassle free oil change experience. With multiple shops in multiple states, operational assessment and data analysis are critical to management oversight. We will train you the Take 5 way for operational auditing and analysis, which is all done from our Las Vegas office headquarters.

What does this position do?

• Uses technology to enable new initiatives and drive strategy and results through analytics.
• Leads analysis, gathers essential data, and compiles reports that managers and directors can use.
• Reviews analytical reports and works cooperatively with managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Presents data driven analyses with recommendations to key executives.
• Compiles daily, weekly and monthly reports and distributes to managers.
• Compiles weekly payroll commission reports. 
• Tracks labor and advises management of issues and opportunities.
• Responds to flexible business needs with timely, accurate, and relevant ad hoc analyses with minimal supervision.
• Manages multiple projects effectively and proactively communicates shifting priorities and timelines.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and drafts proposals for new tools and projects.
• Partners with stakeholders to implement and track new initiatives and processes.
• Reviews invoices and inventory reports.
• Assists management in preparing reports, forecasts and setting goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Good to Know Before You Start!

• Need to be able to communicate effectively, including reading and writing in English.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
• Have to be capable of learning various forms of technology and systems, including surveillance systems and web-based data resources.
• Need to have reliable transportation.
• Must maintain a high standard of trust and an open line of communication with managers.
• Need the ability to tie operational KPI and analyses to financial reports both in retrospective and forward-looking applications.
• Have the ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts and meetings is an essential function of the job.
