We are on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Data Analyst to join our cutting-edge technology team. This is a permanent hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. You will be given the opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts, utilizing your unique skills and experience to drive our company to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis and visualization, with a proven track record of managing large datasets and implementing process improvements.
Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Analyzing complex, large-scale datasets to extract actionable insights that will aid in decision-making processes.
2. Developing and implementing data analysis methodologies and reporting systems.
3. Leveraging Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
4. Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.
6. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency through rigorous quality control measures.
7. Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
8. Presenting and explaining the findings to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following:
1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data analysis role within the technology industry.
2. Proven experience working with large datasets.
3. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL etc), and programming.
4. Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboard.
5. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
8. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
9. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
