We are looking to add a Patient Development, Data Analyst to our team. This position requires the ability to maintain steady professionalism throughout aggressive deadlines, changing priorities, and evolving operations, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintain warm relations using hands-on dealings with multiple levels of health care workers and GHHC staff.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong computer skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented and focused
• Experience with MS Office products and medical software
• Demonstrated success working independently and cohesively within a team setting
• Warm, friendly, and enjoys working in groups and independently.
• Experience working with medical records and/or in the medical field is preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing, and computer skills. A large portion of your time will be spent drafting initial claim paperwork including Causation letters, several different response letters, and, in some cases, terminal paperwork.
• Sharp memory with strong analytical capacity.
• Ability to follow a well-developed value system, is extremely loyal, and interested in making a difference for our patients and their families.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.
