Cummins 1-800 Radiator & A/C is looking for someone who is proactive, results oriented and has a minimum of two years of accounts receivables experience to join our accounting team. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and will be located in our Baltimore, MD warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Process high volume of payments daily, including reconciling cash, using proprietary customer management system.

Manage daily bank deposits and A/R postings and allocations to customer accounts for all 6 warehouse locations

Problem solve and assist customers with inquiries related to their account via phone and email in a timely manner

Collection calls on unpaid invoices, past due accounts and returned checks.

Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with all team members.

Overtime may be available during busy summer months.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping or other related fields
Ability to resolve customer issues and analyze information
Great work ethic and self-motivated
Multi-tasking and stress tolerance
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
