We are currently hiring for: Accounts Receivable Associate
The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for maintaining customer accounts, sending invoices to customers, and providing accounting support to the finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments to accounts receivable system.
- Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and payment posting.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes with customers regarding payments.
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely fashion.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due balances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for customer accounts and transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
- Provide support for audits and financial analysis as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts receivable procedure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills!
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Experience with collections and credit management is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
