Downtown Baltimore law firm is seeking a full-time accounts receivable professional. This position is responsible for preparing and entering cash receipts daily, entering write-offs as needed, check returns (4031-00 refunds and holds), prepare A/R reports for attorneys, act as back up for A/P department, and any other duties as assigned. Experience in a professional services firm is highly desired.

Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent years of experience and at least two years’ experience in an accounts receivable position, experience in a Microsoft environment, demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

This position is five days per week in the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
