Available Shift Times:
- First Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Review posted invoices and process adjustments, as necessary.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.
- Research invoicing and payment discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of Manager and other
- Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collection; identify delinquent accounts by reviewing accounts and call delinquent accountholders for payment.
- Prepare reports regarding current account status, use resources effectively, arrange information and files in an orderly manner and meet.
- Reconcile accounts receivable accounts on a monthly
- Copy, file, and retrieve materials for accounts receivable as
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
- High school diploma and minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical.
- Strong math, analytical and Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft accounting Experience with web-based applications is a plus.
- Superior problem solving and decision-making.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
- Excellent detail-orientation, accuracy, and organization
- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate.
- Regular attendance and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high volume
- Good listening skills and communication skills
- Familiar with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other laws governing debt collection, is a plus.
