CTR Group is Hiring a Business Development Specialist Near Newport, VA

CTR Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team based in Newport News, VA. Hybrid position is possible! Job location can be in Newport News Corporate or our Portsmouth Satellite Office.

SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for cold calling businesses to promote our staffing services, setting up appointments for the sales team, and meeting sales quotas. This position offers a competitive salary, commission structure, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to businesses to promote CTR's staffing services, generate leads, and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and appointment scheduling in CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, setting appointments, and meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of staffing industry trends and practices is a plus.
