The primary purpose of this position is to provide training to all credit union employees and support an environment that allows staff to provide consistent service excellence to members, employees and business associates as outlined in our mission, vision and standards of excellence. This is accomplished by planning and implementing the credit union’s employee education and training programs to support the strategic plan of the credit union.
Other duties include ensuring that the ongoing development of all employees reflects in the service quality offered to members; conducting new employee orientation; training new and current employees in specific job functions, maintaining availability as a resource for employee training and troubleshooting as well as, attends job-related courses and seminars to pursue a program of leadership and self-development; and performing other duties as requested.
Responsibilities include:
Required Qualifications:
12 – 24 months experience in a financial institution environment, specifically in the field(s) of teller, member service, and loans.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience training, teaching, or facilitating meetings of varying audiences.
