Cross Talent Solutions is Hiring a HR Manager Near Farmington, MN

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner, aligning HR functions with our manufacturing business objectives. This role requires a focus on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and collaboration with business leaders across multiple facilities.
This is an onsite role south of Farmington.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on organizational and personnel matters.
  • Ensure consistent communication and implementation of HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Oversee communication to employees regarding organizational changes, benefits, compensation, and policies.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the direction and administration of the organization's benefits and compensation programs.
  • Conduct or support employee relations and compliance investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with HRBPs and hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Support the implementation of talent development initiatives.
  • Assess organizational needs and partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives accordingly.
  • Develop and implement HR plans and programs.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Expertise in HR with multiple years in leadership.
  • HR experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
  • Master’s degree and professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
