Description

Compensation : $18.00 per hour

Location : Grand Junction, CO

Full-Time, Monday- Friday In-Office

Position Summary

On behalf of CNS Cares ( CNS or Company ), the Human Resources Administrative Assistant will provide office support for the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) Team.

This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, multi-tasking, professional discretion, and knowledge of HR functions.

HR is a fast-paced environment that supports multi-state operations. The ideal Team Member will have a positive demeanor and ability to adapt.??

Essential Functions

Employees must have regular attendance / punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company and be completely honest.

Other assigned duties include :

  • Answer office phone
  • Monitor and respond to email requests.
  • Manage submitted ticket requests.
  • Receive mail / faxes and distribute documents accordingly.
  • Support employee recognition : Holiday celebrations, birthdays, milestones, etc.
  • Answer employee questions via email and phone regarding HR and general office questions.
  • Accomplish administrative office related requests as needed (scanning, faxing, meeting minutes, emails, correspondence, etc.)
  • Support the onboarding and hiring process for new hires.
  • Coordinate and support New Employee Orientation.
  • Add and maintain employee files in the HRIS system.
  • Support open enrollment and state audit documents and processes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education / Training

Required :

High school diploma and six months of administrative experience; or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred :

Human Resources experience, or education strongly preferred
