POSITION OVERVIEW
M&A Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the accounting & finance integration of acquisitions into Crete United, utilizing our Integration Playbook for each acquired business. They will work with key stakeholders across Crete’s accounting and finance organization to set and meet the standard process requirements and integration goals for each acquisition in a smooth and efficient manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary function is to manage the accounting and finance integration program for multiple concurrent projects. The M&A Accounting Integration Manager will work on pre- and post-close finance activities and integrate acquired businesses into Crete’s standard accounting functions & processes, financial reporting, GAAP and ASC 805/606 requirements, and ERP migration. The primary areas of responsibility listed above encompass a broad range of activities, including but not limited to:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The M&A Integration Accounting Manager requires strong accounting and project management skills, good knowledge of finance, field-service based operations, and a proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with a wide range of stakeholders. They will combine strong accounting skills and experience in M&A transactions with an ability to lead in a dynamic growth environment. Real accounting operational experience is required, as are mentoring skills and experience with transactions.
