• Oversee all treasury and accounting operations, including the monthly accounting close process and preparation of workpapers.
• Provide supervision to the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure proper training, timely vendor payments, resolution of discrepancies, and addressing internal and external inquiries.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations, such as balance sheets, income statements, and variance analyses.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, managing schedules, prioritizing workflow, and fostering motivation.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual audit workpapers and manage the audit process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain effective internal controls and processes for improved reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement systems and controls to ensure the integrity of all financial processes and data.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reporting packages, and workpapers supporting annual tax returns.
• Establish documented business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls.
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring organizational activities remain compliant.
• Collaborate with internal Tax Accountant on sales tax processes, audits, and registration requirements.
• Ensure proper classification and monitoring of fixed assets.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Thorough understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player capable of working with virtual teams across various locations and time zones.
• Results-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Previous experience in Public Accounting is preferred.
• CPA is preferred
