How You Will Contribute

• Support and advise the owners in the financial management of the company.
• Strategize and consistently assess the organization’s structure alignment with company goals and objectives in mind.
• Utilize Yardi software to set up and manage properties in a consistent and compliant process.
• Review all acquisition and disposition transactions, including sign-off on finalization documents.
• Produce monthly financials, putting financial controls in place.
• Manage all compliance related reporting.
• Perform all standard cash reconciliations, manage the AR/AP processes, and manage month end accounting procedures.
• Mentor the accounting team to become self-sufficient and deliver results.
