CPP- Minneapolis is Hiring a Customer Program Manager Near Bloomington, MN

Join our team as a Customer Program Manager and build strong relationships with our key clients!
Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Bloomington is a sand-casting foundry that specializes in complex aerospace and defense products. We are looking for a Customer Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a select group of our most valued customers. You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure that internal stakeholders, including Sales and Operations, are aligned with our customers' needs and priorities. You will also be instrumental in effectively resolving customer concerns and driving their satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, coordinate: Oversee assigned customers, customer team, and projects, ensuring alignment with needs and timely completion.
  • Drive customer satisfaction: Act as a liaison, manage orders, forecast demand, and participate in meetings to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain profitability: Manage customer parts, bookings, backlog, and scorecards, implementing cost reduction measures.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance: Process quotes, understand contracts, and coordinate with manufacturing for accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Provide strategic support: Analyze data, manage customer visits, prepare presentations, track agreements, collaborate with Finance, and stay informed on market trends.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required, but candidates with relevant experience will be considered for this position.
  • 8 years of customer-facing account management experience working with large customers B2B manufacturing environment and 2 years of leadership experienced required. Previous experience in the aerospace and/or casting industry preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrate intermediate or advanced skills in spreadsheet creation, data analysis (Excel), presentation design (PowerPoint), and applicant tracking software functionality.
