Summary:
Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel and departments. Assists CEO, CFO and Sales Department in various duties.
Desired Qualifications:
· Education and/or experience consist of a high school diploma or equivalent
· Computer skills desired consist of the ability to uses the Internet and email system
· Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Ability to handle high call volumes
· Type 55 wpm
· Good customer service skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure during busy season
Essential Duties (Other duties may be assigned):
· Customer Service duties – include answering phones and handling inquiries
· Assist CEO in various administrative duties
· Provide administrative support to the Sales Department (i.e. reports, answer customer inquiries, data entry and verification, maintain resale card files)
· Maintain filing system for all job cards, including scanning onto network (WO, WC, OEM, NDA etc)
· Assist Accounting Department with clerical duties
· Assist/Back up Purchasing Manager by typing up Purchase Orders for the company, some contact with vendors
· Willingness to support training and cross functional efforts
· Other duties as assigned by CEO, CFO or Sales Manager (for example, customer mailings such as Holiday Cards)
· Follow all Organizational procedures.
· Offer document translation

· Purchase Costco Supplies
· Purchase Office supplies
· Update Credit card changes

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing duties of job, employee is regularly required to sit, talk or listen. Employee is frequently required to use hands to hold or feel and to reach with hands and arms. Employee is also required to stand and walk. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move items up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. Noise level in work environment is usually moderate.
