```Duties```
- Must be licensed as an MA and phlebotomy is a PLUS

- Minimum 2 years of experience

-Provide back office support to clinic
- Duties include, but are not limited to:

-- Assist with patient check-in, vitals, insurance verification, phone calls, intake forms
-- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
-- Administer medications and vaccines, familiarity with VFC a plus
-- Perform basic medical procedures, such as dressing changes and wound care
-- Updating patient chart with new information
-- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
-- Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive patient care

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role or completion of a medical assisting program preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Proficiency in taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
