Dermatology Medical office in Orange County looking for Lead Medical Office Administrator.
Duties include greeting patients, overseeing a medical office, running billing reports, creating excel spreadsheets, rooming patients, taking histories, answering heavy phones, computerized scheduling, and product sales.
Requirements: Must have two years minimum experience as a supervisor in a dermatology or plastic surgery medical office. Must have excellent phone skills, be familiar with medical terminology, computer skills, and ability to multi task. Must have a pleasant disposition, ethical, hard working, energetic, honest, and a team player. All candidates will be asked for multiple references and thorough background information.
