Compensation:
Base salary is about $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year based on experience. In addition the firm pays commissions for settlements and verdicts. Commissions will be structured based on the candidate‘s experience, agreement with the firm, and performance. For a successful attorney, the commissions can potentially exceed the base salary.

This is a great opportunity for an associate attorney, who is experienced in personal injury litigation. This associate attorney will be handling personal injury cases from complaint to settlement and/or trial.
The only candidates who will be considered are those with experience in personal injury litigation and a track record of settlements or verdicts from plaintiff side firms.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle litigation of personal injury cases
- Supervise discovery clerks
- Handle law and motion
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
- Handle trials
Requirements:
- Experience with personal injury litigation representing plaintiffs
- Track record of settlements or verdicts for plaintiffs
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to be organized, and meet deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment
- This is a full time in person salary position with minimum 8 hours per day and minimum 40 hours per week required
