Compensation:
Base salary is about $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year based on experience. In addition the firm pays commissions for settlements and verdicts. Commissions will be structured based on the candidate‘s experience, agreement with the firm, and performance. For a successful attorney, the commissions can potentially exceed the base salary.
Benefits:
This is a great opportunity for an associate attorney, who is experienced in personal injury litigation. This associate attorney will be handling personal injury cases from complaint to settlement and/or trial.
The only candidates who will be considered are those with experience in personal injury litigation and a track record of settlements or verdicts from plaintiff side firms.
