Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, program management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Duties: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies - Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans - Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions - Lead strategic planning initiatives to align HR goals with organizational objectives - Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and manage leave of absence requests - Manage HR budgeting process and monitor expenses - Utilize PeopleSoft or similar HRIS system to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management role - Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Experience in benefits administration and program management - Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives - Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
