POSITION OVERVIEW

Cornerstone seeks a full-time, team-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Operations team and assist in the firm’s business development (BD) and marketing efforts, focused on our state government relations business unit.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the firm’s Marketing Manager on various BD and marketing initiatives related to our state government relations business unit, including but not limited to:
  • Scheduling of internal and external meetings related to BD activities;
  • Assist with creating marketing collateral and preparing pitch teams;
  • Assisting with the drafting and designing of marketing materials;
  • Conducting marketing research and drafting memos;
  • Assisting in the firm’s BD conflict check process; and,
  • Assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks, as assigned.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least one year of relevant work experience and a strong interest in marketing and communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required and experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
